By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with HumanRace.ai and accept these T&C. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these T&C on behalf of that organization.

Use of Services

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Use: You may not use our services for any illegal activities or in ways that violate these T&C.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the services are and will remain the exclusive property of HumanRace.ai and its licensors.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit through the services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display this content in connection with the services.

Consulting Services

Scope: Our consulting services are subject to the specific terms and conditions agreed upon in the consulting agreement.
Intellectual Property in Custom Solutions: Ownership of intellectual property developed during consulting engagements will be defined in the consulting agreement.

Billing and Payments

Third-Party Processors: Payments for our services are processed by third-party payment processors. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these processors.
Refunds: We offer a conditional 30-day refund for unused products or services. All other payments are final.
Fees: Fees for our services are as described on our website or in the consulting agreement. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

Liability Limitation

HumanRace.ai is not liable for any inconsistencies or inaccuracies in responses provided by our AI-driven services. We provide these services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Users acknowledge that AI LLM (large language model) and Generative AI models, including those used in RevPilot and STRAINS, can make errors. These services are not infallible and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions. HumanRace.ai does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.

Data Protection

Privacy Policy: Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Data Logging and Storage. Users agree that interactions with the AI services are logged and stored by HumanRace.ai to fulfil user requests and improve service quality.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HumanRace.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services.

Governing Law

These T&C and your use of the services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where HumanRace.ai is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
