For 25 years, the founding team at Human Race have turned their shared vision into successful ventures, including building one of the fastest-growing franchises in Canadian history.
The journey has taken them through a diverse landscape of industries, including advertising, digital marketing, fintech, e-commerce, media, CPG, events, cannabis, craft brewing, grocery, entertainment, and franchising. With a strong foundation in software, sales, marketing, operations, and finance, they've developed systems that have propelled dozens of businesses to success.

Robert is a 35-year startup veteran, master sales professional, and AI trail blazer. From publicly traded FinTech to international franchising, his ventures are driven by innovative applications of technology. He is obsessed with AI and its capacity for dramaticly improving every facet of human existence.

MICHAEL BUDD
Michael is a seasoned entrepreneur, with nearly 30 years of business building experience, ranging from marketing and media to cannabis and craft beer. He brings a mix of practical business acumen and a progressive perspective on the role of AI in shaping the future of commerce.
